Switch is blocked to ON position. Try to find to wiggle the lever, push it in, pull it back...if you can open the system and access the mechanism use a bit of cooking oil to grease the mechanism.
Cheers
I did that once and had luck unplugging and used a ice cold cloth to cool down the lock handle until it unlocked. Just try not to cook a turkey in the cleaning mode without the fire departments phone number handy.
next time send the model number so i csn look up your machine, open the bottom draw and on the frame you'll see a tag with the model and serial numbers, all i would need is the model, anyway you must have a computer board in the clock assy. and sometimes just like your house computer has to be restarted because for some reason the computer froze and shutting down the power will reset it,if this keeps happening you'll have to change out the clock assy.but i've seen this happen, the first thing i do when i go in on a job and the machine has a computer board in it is to unplug it for 5 minutes to see if it resets and usually it doesn't happen again unless the power went out or something like that, keep an eye on it you should be fine but if it happens again soon for no reason like i say you might have to change out the clock assy.good luck any more problems i'd be happy to help.
The oven door must be closed and all controls set correctly for the cycle to work properly. After a Clean CycleYou may notice some white ash in the oven.Wipe it up with a damp cloth after the oven cools. If white spots remain, remove them with a soap-filled scouring pad and rinse thoroughly with a vinegar and water mixture. These deposits are usually a salt residue that cannot be removed by the clean cycle. If the oven is not clean after one cleancycle, repeat the cycle. You cannot set the oven for cooking untilthe oven is cool enough for the door to unlock. While the oven is self-cleaning, you cantouch the TIMER/CLOCK pad to display the time of day. To return to the cleancountdown, touch the COOKING TIME pad. If the shelves become hard to slide, apply a small amount of vegetable oil orcooking oil to a paper towel and wipe the edges of the oven shelves with thepaper towel.
Using the self-cleaning oven.
How to Delay the Start of Cleaning

The display will showthe start time. It will not be possible to openthe oven door until the temperature dropsbelow the lock temperature and theLOCKED DOOR light goes off.The oven shuts off automatically when theclean cycle is complete. When the LOCKED DOOR light is off, slide the latch handle to the left as faras it will go and open the door.
