It begins with 2 Tablespoons of butter and 2 Tablespoons of All purpose flour. First you melt the butter in a sauce pan on low to medium heat. When it is melted add your flour and stir until it becomes completely combined. Then slowly add 1 cub of milk ( I use whole milk for this recipe, I have never used any other type of milk for my sauces) constantly stirring. You will notice that it will begin to thicken. If it feels as if it's sticking to the bottom of the pan remove it from the heat and continue to stir until it's as thick as you wish it to be. You can put it on and off the heat (still stirring) as often as you need to.

Cheesy white sauce starting with m, 7 letters.

You may be thinking of mornay sauce. Mornay sauce is a white, cheesy sauce that they use to make a "Kentucky Hot Brown" sandwich(YUM!), and then again you may be thinking of a bechamel sauce, which has 7 letters, but is just a white sauce with no cheese. I hope I have helped.

Aioli sauce ingredience

An aioli is basically a flavored mayo. So you can customize your aioli. Just add ingredients such as crushed garlic, lemon or lemon zest, chili pepper sauce, pesto to your mayo. Get creative if you like it then it's not wrong. I like lemon juice and Old Bay seasoning . That's my aioli favorite for crab cakes!

Can you make your own mint sauce?

Yes you can make your own mint sauce and it's delicious. Traditionally it's used with lamb but actually goes well with lots of dishes.

- Take a bunch of mint and chop up the leaves very finely. Sprinkle with salt.

- Put the mint in a jug, add 1 tbsp of sugar and pour over 4 tbsp of boiling water and 4 tbsp of white wine vinegar.

- Stir and taste - adjust it according to your preferences.
