Sound like the fuel pump is not keeping up with the engine's demand. Check it out. Good luck. Hope this helps.

I would check your fuel lines from the tank all the way to the fuel pump. It seems that you might have a pinched line somewhere. You can also bleed the fuel rail with the schrader valve on the end of the rail. If that wont fix it then you probably have a weak fuel pump.

I have a 1999 200hp Yamaha outboard motor idles fine everytime I put in gear stalls at low rpm fine at high rpms and idles fine in gear loe rpms stalls

This may sound funny, but for a while, Yamaha put a steel bolt in the aluminum casing on the side of the motor. dissimilar metals caused extreme corrosion inside that affected operation. Check out Boating forums on Yamaha.

I have a Yamaha 115hp AETO 6E5 outboard on my boat and would like to know the year of the motor and the best place to buy a tilt/trim repair kit please

Beginning in 2005 Yamaha stopped including the year information in the model number. The production date can be found on the transom bracket of post 2004 motors.
