Submit your Centrelink documents online

Centrelink online accounts

https://www.centrelink.gov.au/LoginServices/source/portal/Login.jsp?finalURL=http%3A%2F%2Fmyaccount.humanservices.gwy%2FLoginServices%2FAuthenticate.do

You will very likely want a MyGov account to which you can add various departments like Centrelink and reach them all via that one site. The is also an Express app available for phones which may allow you to submit information. The pages above should supply you with relevant information. I think you can also report by phone call via a "robotic phone call system." This CAN number is on the card Centrelink provided you.

Hallo.I uploaded a claim for Austudy on Centerlink, but realised that I filled in a wrong ID student number. How can I fix it.

Hi Nancy,
Suggest uploading the form again with correct student number and then contact centrelink 132490 - phone before 10 AM to get through to a person for quicker assistance. Or walk into a centrelink office before 10 AM. Mon - Fri and state your mistake.
Otherwise it will take at least 20 minutes to 2 hours on hold to get someone to help you.
you might be able to put on the form that it is the second submission as the student number on the first form was incorrect. Also ring them to make sure

Where do I send a complaint about Centrelink

go to mygov.com web site and look for forms
open that and see if there is a complaint form that you can fill out on line or download
may even be the same forms available in the centrelink web site.
you can look up the ombudsman section in the government pages ( (may be under centre link or my,gov )of the phone directory and send a written complaint direct to them to bypass the centerlink offices

How do I obtain a Centrelink Taxation Document for My wife, Alice, and myself, Percy Harrison so I can complete my tax form?

I assume because of the spelling you are in Aust. The Govt is trying to stop using mail and direct you to the internet generally.

If it is the Centrelink Payment Summary you mean, you can get one by these methods

Can I view my centrelink account to see credits and debits please.

Go to MyGov and set up your centrelink account there. It is the latest idea from our government. (use your customer number and add a password) Write down your password and put it where you can get it easily if you forget. (Under a magnet on the fridge, or on a filing cabinet).
Or:
Go to Humanresources and click on Centrelink. Log in and check your payments for 2014 - 2015. They should be there. Also, you should be receiving Centrelink online letters to let you know of any changes. You can also check by logging into your bank account. Set up a username and password with your bank online.

Sorry for your loss.........I think the form is this one

http://www.humanservices.gov.au/customer/services/centrelink/bereavement-payment

or this

http://www.humanservices.gov.au/customer/services/centrelink/pension-bonus-bereavement-payment

"Pension Bonus Bereavement Payment
Pension Bonus Bereavement Payment is a tax free lump sum payment for the surviving
partner of a deceased Pension Bonus Scheme member who did not make a successful
claim for Age Pension and Pension Bonus before they died.
To qualify you must satisfy residence and other requirements. The amount of the payment
will depend on the amount of Pension Bonus that would have been paid to your deceased
partner had they successfully claimed Age Pension and Pension Bonus before they died."
