I finished a survey and tried to redeem my reward sending it to my PayPal account, and they said I had to have a Verified account, what's that?

you need to verify you bank account to be able to send money... paypal will send a small amount of money into your bank with a reference against it.. you will need to key this reference number back into paypal to authorise the bank account.

if you have online banking you should be able to do this in a few minutes. if you dont have online banking you will have to wait until you bank statements are sent to you.

Each e-mail address is the ID to one and only one PayPal account.
You will need to create a new PayPal account with the new e-mail address, go to the old PayPal account, detach all the bank accounts and credit cards you have on that account and them register them in your new account.
If you have PayPal credit and debit cards attached to the old account you'll have to contact PayPal directly so they can move them to your new account.

I can definitely help you with this. You just need to go to the link I provide at the bottom of my answer here, it takes you right to the appropriate area. Click that, it should ask you to sign in with your Amazon.com account, if you don't have one just create a new one. Then it will ask you for the code from your Amazon.com certificate number, put that in and hit "Apply to your account". You will then have redeemed the certificate.

Now just add any item to your account (or you can do it later, it has already applied the certificate to your account and will save it there for you) and when you check out it will deduct the amount from your certificate.
