Model of dremel, battery or mains powered?

This machine has a flexi drive shaft ( like a big speedo cable ) there are a number of things to check, make sure the gearbox is pushed fully onto the tube, slacken the pinch screws and twist and push the gearbox fully on, check the tube is fully into the engine housing, slacken the pinch screws and push the tube fully in, failing this the flexi drive may damaged, remove the gear box, pull the flexi drive out and check the condition of the square ends.

Have you checked that the flexy shaft rotates when you spin the front wheel to check remove cable from back of speedo and put a bit of tape on shaft so if shaft turns you will see it
If it not turning cable may be broken if not remove wheel to inspect hub drive parts for damage and source replacements for damaged parts if any
If every thing above is OK the clock is the problem working on them is difficult so a replacement would be best

it came from there so my only adviced is to keep trying. remember to regrease the flex shaft. turn while pushing shaft in.

unfortunately you are stuck with whatever honda has engineered for the bike, not much hout there

If traction drive belt is turning you should check the input drive shaft on top of trans to see if it is turning as well,Traction drive belt is suspect but could be a stripped out input shaft pulley.Make sure the machine tow lever is not pulled out,rear of machine by tow hitch.Also pull rubber caps off of both axle ends to see if one the axles is turning free inside of rim,if so remove wheel and replace axle key.

you have a damaged seal replace it and you should be just fine
