SOURCE: Timing problem
You might have to look at loosening the set screws for the gear on the lower shaft that drives the hook driver gear . Loosen the screws, slide the gears apart, then adjust the hook so it is entering the scarf of the needle on the upstroke. Slide the gears togeather so they mesh again and it should be back in time. There are other factors though such as needle height adjustment which is done with the needle bar and hook and needle clearance (the distance between the needle and hook) which should be about .030. I'm a Bernina tech but many machines work the same principle. Good luck.

The top of the machine is not threaded correctly. First raise the presserfot then rethread the machine. Bottom looping is usually caused by a lack of top tension. There could allso be a bur on the hook.

Hi, it may be possible that you put the bobbin in the case upside down and its turning the wrong way. Flip it over and try it. When looking at the bobbin in the case from the back and you pull the thread, it should turn clockwise.
Hope this helped as anything else may take a tech to diagnose.

There should be a small screw on the side of your bobbin case adjust it little by little until you get the correct tension.
