Contact a Clark Dealer or service center. They can trace the chassis numbers. Don't run it without a plate on it, it's illegal and totally uninsurable.

SOURCE: Forklift hydraulic connections on the mast.

So if you have three cylinders then the extend ports of the cylinders(bottom) should go to the 'A side of the valve and the Rod end or retract (top) should go to the "b" side. The A or B are probably not marked. Each cylinder should go to the valve at the coresponding lever.

SOURCE: clark forklift with error code

The description for code 15 is battery voltage to low. The code will flash when the battery volts are less than 1.95 volts per cell when the key is turned ON. Check the battery voltage with volt meter at battery were positive and negative connect. If the battery is 36 volt it should be no less than 35.1 volts, if the battery is 48 volt it should be no less than 46.8 volts. If battery voltage is low check each cell indavidually to locate a bad cell, each cell should have around 1.95 volts, if a couple are dramatically lower that may be your problem. If the battery checks out check your cables and connections (this seems likely because you say its after you charge battery, when you plug and unplug your battery in you wiggle the cables around witch could cause a poor connection.) Check over your cables carefully as corosion can grow inside of them especially near the battery and connector. Hopefully this helps, looking forward to positive feedback thanks.

SOURCE: clark forklift hydraulic problems

Leaking valve on return line for tilt cylinder, or dirt.debris is keeping the sequencer valve open. The cylinder should be flushed to dislodge any nore. If the cylinder is showing an external leak, it was overloaded at the fork tips, and a seal or the stack ruptured. The valve and lines should also be flushed.

I have a forklift Clark have error code -51 what is this ?

Error code -51 on a Clark forklift typically indicates a problem with the hydraulic system. This could be caused by a variety of issues, such as a faulty hydraulic pump, a leak in the hydraulic system, or a problem with one of the hydraulic valves.
To troubleshoot this issue, you will need to first check the hydraulic fluid level and make sure it is at the correct level. If the fluid level is low, refill it to the proper level and see if the error code clears.
If the fluid level is fine, you may need to perform further diagnostic tests to identify the root cause of the problem. This could involve checking the hydraulic pump and valves for any visible signs of damage or malfunction, as well as testing the system for leaks.
If you are not comfortable performing these tasks, it may be best to contact a professional mechanic or the manufacturer for assistance. They will be able to diagnose the problem and recommend the appropriate repairs.

How old is my Clark lift truck or other Clark Material Handling Company product?

Date of shipment information is available by sending an e-mail request to [email protected]. Please provide the complete serial number of the Clark lift truck or other Clark Material Handling Company product.

Where can I find the Clark serial number on my Clark lift truck or other Clark Material Handling Company product?

The Clark serial number is stamped into the serial number plate, which is usually located in the operator's compartment. If the serial number plate is missing or illegible, you can find the serial number stamped into the frame. On a Clark lift truck, this will usually be beneath the step into the operator's compartment and may be either on the left or right side of the lift truck. Note:Rubbing the flat side of a piece of school chalk over the stamping may make the serial number more legible.

available for many old Clark lift trucks and other Clark Material Handling Company products. Please send an e-mail request to
