Lcd display the lcd of my nokia 6300 developed a dot on the screen and dark lines a drawing out from the spot along the width of the screen and growing by the day. what is this? how can it be fixed?

Mine has been doing this too! The spots are getting so large that it covers 1/4 of the screen. I'm sending mine in to get repaired because it came with a 1 year warrenty.

hai, maybe, your set drop it before, only change new LCD. coz, lcd screen like this as your problem can't be repair.

your display has broken.lcd are made of glass,its easy damage when phone is droped.must change display in service

Screen is probably fried and needs to be replaced.
Not covered by warranty or insurance. Cheaper to buy a new phone.
