SOURCE: what is the correct ratio gas to oil for my stihl fs 66 trimmer

Use a quality 2 cycle oil and mix it to the oil manufacturer's recommended ratio. Today it is usually 50:1.

SOURCE: Replacing trimmer line with blade for stihl fs 90r trimmer

If you bought the trimmer new there should be a rod about 6" long and 1/8" thick. Above the trimmer head below the trimmer gearbox there is a hole. You have to put the rod in that hole and turn the head until that locks it from turning.

From there you can screw the trimmer head off by hand, or a strap wrench if it's really tight. It may be left hand threads.

SOURCE: Stihl, FS81 trimmer won't start

Well I would go with fuel supply. But did you pull the hose off the carb inlet and see if fuel flows freely from it? You do have a filter screen inside the fuel tank on most makes and it can get plugged, if it is plugged blow compressed air back into the tank to clean it and then dump and flush the tank..

The serial numbers on the FS130, HL90K,HT101 and BG55 would be on stickers if they are still there... The MS250 serial numbers are located on a 'flat' by the side of the exhaust and sprocket cover. (depending on the year of manafacture)

Need A parts diagram for a Sthil G65 Blower carb.

Unfortunately, Stihl won't release any of their illustrated parts diagrams to anyone except Stihl dealers. The dealers won't release them either. It is possible that the manufacturer of the carb will have a breakdown listed on their site. Stihl primarily uses either zama carbs (www.zamacarb.com) or Walbro carbs (www.walbro.com). Look on the carb for engraved numbers and letters to let you know what series and model to search on. The manufacturer is usually listed either on the bottom diaphragm plate or up on top. Walbro series usually start with a WT, or WA. Zama will usually have a C series (ex. C1U)

Good luck!

Instruction on how to rebuild Stihl FS85 carburetor

The FS 85 was produced in HUGE quantities over a number of years. Several different carbs were used during production and Stihl has several proprietary carbs in use. You will need a Rebuild Kit (NOT just a Diaphragm Kit) for this particular carb. On the carb body you should see a Series and a Model identification.
Example: If this is a ZAMA carburetor, the C1U-S66 might have been used on your trimmer.
Get that info off the carb body and ...
For ZAMA carb lookups click HERE.
For WALBRO carbs click HERE.

Hope this helps.
