My micro SD card got stuck in my LG Vu phone

I had the same problem with an HTC Aspire ( I think that's what it was called :} Anyway I formatted the micro SD card in fat 32 through my laptop using a micro sd to sd adapter and the sd card slot on my laptop. I then stuck the micro sd card back into the HTC and it worked. I heard formatting through another phone works too. Try it and let me know.

connect your micro sd card into your phone then connect pc cable via phone and pc...an option appears on your phone select storage device...from their your pc will read from your micro sd card....

If you are running windows, open my computer, right click the memory card. There should be an option to reformat it. Choose FAT32 as the file system and leave other options as they are.

If you take your battery out there is a small slot underneath it where the micro sd card fits

if you droped the Vu than you could have damaged the insides and that might cause the repeating of it shuting off but a easyer way to get music onto your Vu is to get a Micro SD and get an adaptor for it and put music on that and then plug the SD into your phone its alot easyer and faster than useing the cord

Try formating the memory card.

attempt to take the SIM card out and gently wipe it off (pay especial detail to the copper connectors on the under-side.) after that, give a gentle blow to the recieving area for the sim on the phone and place the sim back in the phone, power up, and hopefully this problem will be solved. this issue occurs often to myself and this seems to be a very simple solution.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND KEPT ON MESSING WITH THE 4G MEMORY CARD AND FOUND OUT THAT I HAD TO FORMAT THE MEMORY CARD ON MY COMPUTER AND NOW IT READS THE CARD..ON THE SIDE OF THE SD ADAPTER HAS A SLIDING PIECE THAT SAVES YOU FROM DELETING THINGS ACCIDENTALLY BUT IF YOU SLIDE IT INTO THE MIDDLE POSITION THEN IT WILL ALLOW YOU TO FORMAT THE MEMORY CARD BUT YOU WILL LOSE WHATEVER THAT IS ON THE MEMORY CARD AND WILL HAVE TO DOWNLOAD IT ALL OVER AGAIN..I HOPE THIS IS CLEAR ENOUGH FOR EVERYBODY TO UNDERSTAND BUT THIS IS HOW I GOT MY MUSIC AND PICS ON THE MEMORY CARD

Now a days you are getting latest Mp3 players with Micro SD card fecility. Buy them and copy the mp3 songs from computer to Micro SD and shift that from mp3 player to your lg phone. This works fine.
