Lodge a complaint with the company and with the Better Business Bureau (or the equivalent in your country). It does no good to complain to FixYa since we have no information about the fault on whatever device you're dealing with.

Flhx radio quit working then started back working

In the repair business, you cannot fix something that is working. If the radio is operating correctly, then you cannot fault find. You may wait until it fails before fault finding. By the way, it is nearly impossible to repair the radio itself but you can get a service replacement through your dealership as long as the radio has not been tampered with.

answering your question becomes difficult because you have had technicians come and investigate and make appointments
Your complaints as to business attitude to customers are completely justified and should be reported to the correct management so that something can be rectified in their company
Unfortunately fixya site cannot help you there
Sears is just a retailer and could not care less after a sale is made so the people you should be addressing your complaint to is the manufacturer of the equipment in the first instance as well as the service agent management for the technician that came out

If that turns out to be sears , then a strong letter to sears management may get a reply and a letter to the manufacturer about sears after sale service may also get a response

Need mediator for dispute with seller

It more than likely not the sellers fault ,but the Postal services fault the package was not delivered. You can change to negative feedback to naturale. I am also a seller on eBay I am sick of my packages not being delivered just because the Postal Service can`t do there job. But is the sellers that have to accept negative feedback and even have give the money back also .

Horizontal lines are at the top of the screen (First 3-4 inches) rest of the screen looks fine

This seems to be a fault in the vertical blanking circuit. It's very common to have open or out of value electrolytic caps that make this problem.
I could guide you in finding this cap if I had the schematic for this TV, but I don't.

Canon DR7080 won't come up--

Sorry, but this one will require on-site service. From your description my guess would be home position or motor encoder fault, but even if I guessed right you still need a tech there to fix it.

My tv urgent

Hi - first check that all the fans are rotating - the set will shut down if they are not.
***** WARNING potentially FATAL voltages (up to 400V DC) exist on the PSU boards - if you don't know exactly what you are doing don't ! *******
Unfortunatly the fault could be on a) PSU b) CPU board, as this monitors the PSU voltages and will shut down the set if the measured voltages are wrong c) plasma drive circuits - if these are drawing excessive current, or someother fault exists the fault feedback signal to the CPU board will activate and the set will again shut off.
Check the PSU voltages, the standby power must be OK otherwise the set wouldn't work at all !. The +5V switches on first followed by the +70V and +170V (about 1-2 secs delay.)

If the 70 and 170 dont come up try removing (with the power DISCONNECTED) the two large double row connectors on the PSU board near the 70/170 V test points - these supply the plasma drive circuits - the set will still switch off as there is a fault feedback line from the drivers, but it should stay on long enough to check the voltages.
