SOURCE: My company has Blodgett Gas

The serial number is under the left side door behind the cover. Open the doors take out the two phillips head screws which go into the top of the lower cover, one on each end just inside the door hinge, the lower cover will remove to the front.

Maybe you need to adjust the thermostat? Do you have a User's Manual? If it's not the thermostat, and your oven is on warranty, you should call service. If nor on wattantym you should pay one of your preference

I'm searching for manual for the Blodgett CTBR-1 Convection Electric Oven. Serial number 072798MAO18S.

I'm trying to source the pushbutton switch that operates the electric grill on a eurolec gas oven. the switch has burned out . It is a push on/off switch with 4 contacts on the back. can anyone help

Natural or propane?

get numbers off gas valve. go to http://www.blodgett.com/convection_home.htm
and see if your oven is there. If you have any issues, send me the numbers. Get any you can off of id of oven, gas valve or anything you can. I'll find you an answer.
