Security for passwords is not working. When I put a private password in it shows up on the screen, instead of dots it puts the actual password on the screen?????

open the computer and take out the small battery. do it by 30 seconds. and this erase any bad information, and do it again. It possible the after restar your go to setup HOLD the key CTRL +f1 or esc depend of your model. and reset the computer to factory setup.

Are you trying to connect to a wireless printer? Open your wireless adapter properties. In windows 7 , Open the Network and Sharing Center, Change adapter settings, Right click on your wireless adapter, open status, Details. Or open Devices and Printers, Add a Printer.

The video card in your pc is too old and weak - upgrade it.

You will need to go into your system BIOS and disable the Chassis Intrusion Sensor. BIOS is accessed by pressing the "del" key during the initial POST screen (or when giant Asus logo is on the screen) .

Look through there and located and disable the chassis intrusion sensor. If you can't find it, reference your manual for the board. If you don't have one, one can be downloaded in PDF format from the Asus website.

Be careful when in the BIOS, changing anything to an incorrect value could render your system useless! Don't play with anything, unless you explicitly know what you are doing, and what the setting does...

Be sure to "Save and Exit" in order foe the changes to stick.
