SOURCE: Outlook express6

if you are trying to send an email from an old isp mail account, using a different isp email connection; you have to change the mail.smtp settings, for the settings you will need to refer to your isp. If you are trying to send an email using a hotmail account, this can no longer be done as hotmail no longer allow the use of outlook express with their accounts

SOURCE: I can't update microsoft outlook connector, I

Try to update it in safemode (press F8 at bootscreen until "Start in safemode shows, safemode with network if you dont have the update-file on your computer).

Or you press ctrl+alt+del and klick the process-tab. When you have all running processes shown, try to find which one is for Outlook and turn it off.
I don't use outlook so I don't know the name, but try the ones you think, worst thing that can happen is that you have to restart your PC.

Problem with Microsoft Outlook 2007

As the issue happens during sending and/or receiving of emails, the usual suspects are having a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook or having a corrupt srs-file(srs stands for: Send Receive Setting).
The solutions in this case are quite easy;
§Disable your virus scanner's integration with Outlook
This is a recommended procedure anyway, even when you don't have the error. For more background information about this see: Disable virus scanner integration?
§Reset your srs-file
The srs-file contains the settings that you set via the Send/Receive dialog in Outlook (CTRL+ALT+S). To reset it, simply rename it to .old when Outlook is closed. For more information and step-by-step instructions see: Cannot Edit Send/Receive Settings
Also you can use these steps:
Go to C Drive> Program Files> Microsoft Office> Office 2007. After doing this you will see the PST files. Right click on it and go to the Properties and then select the Compatibility tab. Click on it to clear down all the Compatibility Mode Check Box. After doing so, click on Apply and then press OK. Restart the computer and your problem is sorted out.
If it useless use special tool.

What is the procedure for sending pictures over the Internet in FinePixViewer?

To send a FinePixViewer image file in an e-mail message as an attachment, Microsoft Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook 2000 e-mail software is required. 1. In the "My Computer" window on your PC, select "Internet Options" in "Control Panel" and click "Programs". 2. Check that "Outlook Express" or Outlook" 2000" is displayed in the "E-mail" field. Attaching an image file to an e-mail message 1. Launch FinePix Viewer. 2. Select the folder containing the image file in the folder tree display area on the left. Thumbnails of the images in the folder appear on the right. "Outlook Express" or "Outlook 2000" is displayed in the "E-mail" field. 3. Click the thumbnail for the image file to be attached to the e-mail. To attach multiple files, hold down the [Ctrl] key on the keyboard and click the images to select them. To deselect an image file, click the image again. 4. With the thumbnail for the image file to be attached still selected, select "Mail sending" in the "File" menu. Your e-mail software starts up and the image file is attached to a message. Fill in the destination address, title and the message body, and then use the usual procedure to send the message. * images files sent using FinePixViewer can be no larger than 1 MB and no more than 10 files in total. If the total file size is greater than 1 MB, a warning message appears when you click [Mail sending]. If the files are too large, decrease the number of files until the warning message no longer appears. Note also that you should not exit FinePixViewer until mail transmission is completed, otherwise it will not be possible to send the e-mail message with the attached image file. * Some service providers place limits on the sizes of files that can be attached to an e-mail message. The transmission of large image files can also take a considerable time. Select "Mail Transmission Settings" from the "Settings" menu in FinePixViewer and resize the attached image files so that they are no larger than necessary.
