Accidently locked microwave model#ME18H7045FS can't unlock HELP

Most microwave ovens are like computers, they lock up and ocassionally need to be "re-booted", or re-powered. 1. Simply unplug the oven, then wait about 10 seconds, plug it back, and check to see if has unlocked itself. If not, continually press the clear or reset button. If that doesn't help, you'll have to get the model number and manufacturer from the label inside the microwave oven.

Opening the door while the oven is cooking will greatly shorten the life of the door switches and lead to failure.
Always hit "Stop" first unless the recipe calls for it.
The instructions for the child lock are in the owner's manual.
To set the lock, press Stop/Clear, then hold the "0" pad for more than four seconds. You will hear two beeps and the display will show "LOCKED".

To unlock, hold the "0" pad for more than four seconds. You will hear two beeps and the display will no longer show "LOCKED".

Press and hold the clear/off button for 5 seconds to lock and/or unlock.

Press and hold clear/off button for approx 5 seconds to lock/unlock. Be Safe

The problem is now sorted. I went onto the Panasonic web site and looked up the manual,

In my "Panasonic Junior Smart" microwave it's 3 times START to lock and 3 times CANCEL to unlock. Try if that works for your model.

Try holding the clear/off button for 3-5 seconds.

"Locke" meaning the door? or locked meaning the buttons don't work? If it is the buttons then you have the child lock on. Push and hold the "Start" button for 4 to 5 seconds, and it will unlock.

It sounds like you press STOP two or three times to lock it. Maybe that (or another key) will unlock it.

The lock / unlock procedure will be covered in your owner's manual.

Or you can try a hard reset - unplug it from the wall for one minute, then plug it back in and try again.

According to the owner's manual for model KHMS155L:

To Lock/Unlock Control: The microwave oven and Timer must
be off. Touch and hold START for 5 seconds until 2 tones sound and a lock icon appears on the display. Repeat to unlock and remove the lock icon from display.
