Sounds like the bearing on the drum went bad keeping it from spinning freely.

Make sure that the lid switch is working as it can make the program from advancing forward. So check the continuity of the switch that goes to trigger the main board.
If Ok then the program controller is not functioning, if you can try to change manually then the control board is faulty.

My speedqueen do not want to spin any thing you can help me with

Remove the belt check the idler pully- should turn freely.

If tight you shoud replace , pulley,shaft and maybe belt.
