Usually when its dead the red light will blink when i try to turn it on, but its not. i charged it for a couple hours but even then the green light would not come on which is also not normal. im pretty sure the batteries fine, it hasnt ben dropped or had water damage. i hadnt charged it after it was dead for about 3 weeks... help!!!
Well to be3 a 100% about the battery I would replace it with one that you know or is guaranteed to work. Camera batteries can look OK from outside and be completely collapsed inside.
No Charge lights can indicate NO battery and if there is one inside then it is dead and registers as a no battery ( no charge light)
The red light blinks in very low state, but totally discharged it will not blink and wont blink again until loeft on chareger for about 3-4 hrs to overcome the low state.

When the red light is on it is to indicate that the charger is getting power from the wall outlet. If there is a second light that normally comes on Green when charging pay close attention to it when you first plug the charger in. See if it blinks even once then turns off. If it does that means the charger is not seeing any battery voltage at the plug that goes into the chair. If the green light does not blink at all then it usually means the charger is defective. Also most wheelchair battery chargers will not charge the batteries if the chair is to dead to even turn on.
the red light on my friends phone usually means it is charging the phone (it is totaly dead, then it comes to charge screen after few mins) it should be ok if you try to start it after a few mins of charge..
if not try getting a new battery, it might not be holding its charge.
Try a new battery or have your battery charged on another 8300 series phone, then install it in your phone. Typically, if the battery is below a certain voltage ("dead") the charging circuit does not become active, therefore not enough voltage to turn on your 8320. Also if it has been dropped or got water damage, these can also cause that problem.
The battery is
flat. If the battery is very
flat sometimes the phone will not start charging or turn on even when a power
cable is connected. This worked for me: - Remove battery - Insert power
cable/usb cable - Orange charge
light should start flashing - Re-insert battery - Leave phone charge
for a couple of hours - Turn on
I had the same problem. I had a 1 year warranty, so I called 1800-435-7732 and they sent me a new battery within 5 days. I just received it today and it works perfectly. Hope this helps you! =]
