I forgo my password and can not get onto my tablet

You will have to format the tablet. You will loose any info saved on the tablet.

Log onto the network. You will need the password for the network.

Your battery is failing.
Either replace the tablet (if still under warranty), or get a new one.
Save all that you can onto another computer, and move the stuff onto your new one. The Barnes and Noble items (ebooks and music) are saved under your account and password at the B&N site.

While it is possible to rip open the tablet to replace the battery, is not recommended. It is a difficult task that will damage the case.

clear your browser cache, restart browser. make sure your keyboard keys are working correctly, make sure caps lock is off

The Dell Venue 7 tablet does not support video output through the micro USB port. The only way to get the video from your tablet onto a large screen television or monitor is by using Miracast.

A factory reset will erase everything.

You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. My son dopo 9 in tablet keep telling him his password is incorrect,so, my question is, if he has forgotten it, how do he get back onto his tablet?

If is is a Windows login password, just reinstall the Operating System and forgo the use of passwords (if you can't remember them). If it is password on boot (before even Windows loads) there is nothing you can do about it, except take it to Fujitsu Certified Service Center to have the password erased.
