Hi Nileshkumar.
You can try unplugging your TV for about 30 minutes to an hour. If this does not help try unplug the TV and leave it unplugged all night. If this does not work you have either a bad main board or firmware issue. Here is a link to the Toshiba website for your model TV, it includes troubleshooting, firmware updates, and how to update your TV's firmware. Just click on the link or copy and paste it.
