Yes, there is an LP conversion kit for the CPR1100ADW. Sears Parts Direct lists it here: http://www.searspartsdirect.com/model-number/cpr1100adw/1429/0124002.html . Select the Gas Control drawing. The direct link to the LP orifice kit, part number 74009923, is http://www.searspartsdirect.com/part-number/74009923/0022/464.html?modelNumber=CPR1100ADW&categoryName=Free%20Standing,%20Gas&brandName=MAGIC%20CHEF . Note: the Magic Chef range uses the same parts as a Whirlpool or Maytag range.

The gas regulator also has to be adjusted. Most ranges with converter kits available just require the regulator to be removed and turned 180 degrees before replacing it. It's recommended that a LP service person do the work. The air flow may need to be adjusted and any mistakes could be dangerous.

I have Magic Chef gas oven. Model CPR1100ADW. The pilot light don't light up nor does it come on. I don't smell gas coming from it. I can't figure what it is. Can you help me.
The oven probably has an igniter to light the pilot, and when not in use, shuts the gas off. Unplug the stove to replace the igniter. Enter your stove info and "how to replace oven igniter" on you tube for videos and detailed instructions.

I want to convert my magic chef kitchen stove..model number, 31001saw from gas to propane..how much is the conversion kit and a good site to buy it from..?
There's not much difference except in the pressures of the gasses. The PROPANE must have a round attachment that controls the pressure of the gas, is inline, usually close to the tank. On the top of that device, valve, is a screw-type mechanism, often covered by a flat piece of plastic that can be gently pried off. If you research, you'll find how much to turn that set screw, and in what direction. It's quite easy.

The part number for that conversion kit is 74009911 it could be ordered at searspartsdirect.com,
repairclinic.com,apdepot.com or by looking in your phone book and finding a appliance parts distributor in your area.
It will come w/instructions how do perform that

Go to their website (Magic Chef) and there should be a conversion kit. Simple to do - you just change out a few parts. Good luck

Maytags cpr1100adw model has a problem with the oven pilot. For some reason it does not stay on. I had the igniter replaced in March. What could be the problem?
Check the nozzle of the pilot. It may need cleaning. As you do this, find out if your igniter produces the spark

Cpr1100adw magic chef
Most, if not all, gas ovens do not have pilot lights any longer. They are electronically ignited. You could have a loose wire on the igniter or a faulty igniter. If your oven is new it should be covered by the warranty.

Gas range burner flame too high and too yellow.
Did it work OK in that location before the changes?
Sounds like you used Natural gas parts instead of LP.
Lp orifices have smaller holes than Nat.
