Can this grill be also used on propane? If so you might be running it too hot on natural gas, check to see if the control knobs have two different set of markings.

I spoke with Bosch customer service who said there is no natural to LP gas conversion kit available for the NHT 725.

Now I have not read this manual because I would really need to physically see and inspect the make and model of cooker that you have in order to advise you on this exactly, but even so here is a manual I have found for you to read. Is this on LP or Natural gas? If LP was it converted to LP? In any event,The air shutter must be adjusted on the gas burner tube. You need more air. The valve orifice may also need adjusting.

Your LP gas provider will get the orifices for you just call them with the model number of your thermador. They have gotten them for me many times.

propane has more BTU, so has a small hole, NG has a laeger hole, when i last called a plumber, all he did was remove them and drill a larger hole...i don't know what the hole size was, but thats what he did. hope this helps

do not drill out the jets they will not work properly.
I would check all your documentation you may have the convention kit with your owners manual or it may be attached to the oven.
