Was using the broiler on the magic chef gas stove and it stopped working and started flashing codes on display what does L1 and L3 mean on the gas stove when flashing

is the element still in one piece and mostly smooth to the touch? if you find any part of the element very rough where it looks like it actually melted then you've found your problem. post an update if this doesn't solve the problem.

the burners on my magic chef stove work but the flame is not as high as it should be on one burner. I switched the top of the burner with another and it did not solve the problem.

F7 Function key shorted Replace touch padThis is what the code means. The key could just be stuck. Try pushing it several times to see if it will unstick. before you replace the touchpad.
