You should hear the boiler heat up the water. When you pull/push the trigger, a pump should be activated and steam should be released. If the pump is not working, it could be a defective capacitor acording to this article:

A spare capacitor should cost you no more than a few dollars, just find somebody with electronics/soldering repair skills.

only by expert professional,by opening upper lid,

set thermostat in lowest position first,,then increase it if u feel to increase heat as per ur requirementthe need

If the iron doesn't heat, make sure power is on to the outlet,,test the outlet with desk lamp for to see if working. check the electrical cord, and check the thermostat + fuse inside replace if necessary.

water chamber is full of water.
Iron is not producing any steam what could be the problem ?

Perhaps you simply have too many power consuming items on that one circuit.

Try vinegar. Unplug from power, fill and let soak for a couple hours. Then rinse and see.
