Lamona microwave/grill combi won't stop working, please help.Tried to unplug it & press stop for few minutes but plate+fan continue to function once the door is closed. No heat generated though.

Sounds like a classic bad door switch or switch holder. SOURCE: plate won/t rotate no reheating

PLease open the housing of turn table motor at bottom of the oven and check for the AC input voltages on motor terminals as specified on sticker on motor. for no heating please check fuse between high voltage transformer and high voltage capacitor. Also check high voltage Diode and Magnetron.Please please don't try to measure voltage on terminals of magnetron.

If your Lamona electric oven is stuck in demo mode and the manual does not provide any information on how to disable it, you may try the following steps:

Unplug the oven from the power outlet for a few minutes and then plug it back in. This may reset the oven and remove the demo mode.
Press and hold the "-" button for about 10 seconds. This may disable the demo mode and activate the oven.
If the above steps do not work, try pressing and holding the "Function" button for about 5 seconds. This may activate or deactivate the demo mode.

I have a lamona combi microwave 7150 how do I set it to microwave only everytime I set it the grill light comes on as well.

To cook with microwave only, press "Microwave/Grill/Combi", once, the screen will display "P100". Press "Microwave/Grill/Combi" to select the power level. Then press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to confirm and turn the dial to set cooking time. Then press "Start/+30Sec./Confirm" to start cooking on microwave only.

To switch to microwave/ grill combination cooking, choose C1 or C2 when selecting the power level.

See page 14 and 15 in the user manual.

Unplug the microwave for a few minutes, plug back in, set clock, open and close door. Make sure time displayed is correct,

Hi, I take it that this is a combi microwave? Some of these have settings on the front to microwave/grill/etc... so make sure its on the right one first!!
If you have selected the correct one then the m/wave does not work it could be several things!
Microwaves run to earth and need diodes to do this if these break down it will not m/wave! It could also be a internal fuse? ( but very unlikley if everything else works) Then you have the Mag or transformer which could be down to! M/waves run on a high power side and a low power side. The low power will not hurt you to much but the high power side will. My advice to uou is not to touch as it could be fatal as these things carry a high charge even when they are unplugged!
