Fm760 Fantom Twister 500dx - opened the bottom panel to reattach wheel and plastic part with spring loaded fork (?) fell out and don't know where it goes. Need parts diagram, have manual, not shown.

The "fork" presents a curved slotted face, this part is black plastic, about 4 inches long, the only marking on it is ">PC<"

Take off the bottom plate (where you would access the belt). Put the wheel
back on, put the screw back in the wheel and looking from the underside
of the vacuum you can see the screw. You need a bolt and preferably a
lock washer and that should hold it for you.

I have a Fantom 500 DX and it seems that it doesn't pick up anything anymore. It looks like machine is working well, but it doen't pick up. I would like to take to the repair guy, but I don't know where to...

The type of bagless that has sharp turns in the hose and plastic parts are easy to become stopped up. You have to follow the path of the air flow to find the blockage.

Not picking up, not getting any suction.

try to clean the filter out. I have a similar vacuum and I clean mine out and wash the filter out. Leave the filter to dry overnight before you use it again.

If this fails try figure out if there is something blocking it so it is not able to **** in air. message back if this does not work.

Also take the bottom off and look for obstruction and anything that is not in place
