How do I get back into Mattel scrabble with all my contacts as they have all gone

You could try reinstalling the game and seeing if that makes a difference. Failing that, I would contact the developer and ask them if they can advise you further. Unfortunately, this is not something that can be resolved by simply clicking a button :-/

del eat the app and reinstall. don't worry once you paid for it you always own it.

I have asked myself the same thing when an occasional app has seemingly disappeared. Sometimes the game/app has been upgraded and the older computer (or OS) can no longer handle the specs of the newer product, so it is simply removed. Or sometimes certain vital components are removed. Contact the company from which you purchased this item... and GOOD LUCK!
