I cant remember when was the last time i went to my periods and i went to the doctor on tge 7 of april 2017 he told me am 19 weeks 3 days pregnant..I want to know where to start counting the wee.

We made love on the 1st of January 2017 it impossible that I fell pregnant before while the doctor also told me that I am 19 weeks 3 days on the 7 of April 2017.Please help because I don't understand anymore.

Why don't you ask the doctor? It is 38-40 weeks from conception. You are probably counting from December 9, 2016. Congratulations!
