Hp officejet 4355 scanner problem

The Scan button in this machine works only if your computer is powered on and HP solution Centre is running on it. The same is also neede to be configures in HP solution Centre options.
After successful configuration, you can scan and save directly to your computer by just pressing scan button.

Your best bet is to go to HP and dowmload the removal tool and then starting from scratch. When you install HP Multi Funct printers it puts all the installation files in a temp directory and when it is complete the files remain there. What tends to happen if you try to re-Install it will use those same files. If there are corrupt or missing files your troubles will not be resolved by re-installing. Hope this makes sense.

maybe you need to descreen, it is the setting on the scanner...
or maybe or scanner is in poor condition.

open the top covers put the paper(s) in the automatic document feeder, use the software to scan and viola............ u wikk get them scanned....

I am lost the Hp setup Cd thats way i asking to HP office jet All-in-one printer, Fax, Scanner, Copier so how could down load the soft ware
