She is too old for the CTC. You can claim her as a dependent if she is back at home, but if she files a tax return she cannot claim herself.

If you are talking about tax returns you filed in the past you can call the IRS or find a tax professional. They can get copies of past returns. If you are referring to something else you need to be more specific.
