How do i delete a book, i go to where my books are and when i press the edit button it shows an archive button and not a delete button. when i am done with book, i don't want it anymore

Morning,
If you are in your ipod, and are in the "Book shelf" section where you see all books, then you may try holding your finger on the book until it "wiggles" or goes to edit mode. Then click the "x" on that book . Or while at the book shelf, use the "Edit" button on the top right. This will enable all books to be removed.
Finally plugging you ipod in to its computer and going to itunes in the book section and deleting that book will also kill it. Once deleted in iTunes, you may sync your ipod once more to erase it.
