Have checked fuel pump relay working. Fuel pressure @30 PSI holding no spark at injectors. has power to PCM injector connectors have power but no pulse via cranking. new temp sensor, new crank position sensor. reprogrammed the keys still no fuel and spark.
Did you check fuel pressure with gage? My info says 35--45 psi, key on engine off. Do you have a fuel rail pressure sensor, I didn't see one listed? Is there a security lamp on the dash that is on and flashing? Any applicable trouble codes? Did you check primary voltage at ignition coil? Should go hot with key on, it is fuse protected. All the coils have same color primary voltage wire.
Some ford makes and models will disable fuel injectors if mis-fire is detected.
I'm just killing time, not trying to impose on anybody.
You might try starting fluid in air horn to see if it tries to run, then at least you would know it is not an ignition problem and only on the fuel side. Maybe wiring connector to crank sensor is bad. Really not sure how you would check if Anti-theft is preventing starting, but keys are only 1/2 of system and PCM is the other.
Testimonial: "thank yo for your response.I have tested and replaced CPS,Temp Gauge, tested fuel pump with scanner and has great fuel pressure, Reprogrammed Keys, tested TPS tested fine, took Pcm out of the truck looks like its been replaced before don't know when.. Painted with no part numbers on the case.Do not know how to test Anti theft Module?? thats the only other thing that comes to mind before replacing the PCM which I have no idea if it will fix the problem."
There were conditions on older vehicles which involved electrical lookouts. Some of the relays would only stay energized for a few seconds unless a signal from the PCM or crankshaft sensor was confirmed. There was 1 system for the startup and then another system took over. You could test like you are doing, but the testing only showed the first tier and not the extended RUN system. If you have CAM sensors they may not throw pulses or an old fashion Mechanical defect, like broken timing chain, would have components test okay but no engine motion to fire them. As crank sensor is external it could still do its job if crankshaft turns and sensor has power. You might be able to peek through valve cover oil fill to see if anything moves or through any rubber opening like for a PVC valve.
The keys and reprogramming them is technology that I have no training for. If you could borrow keys and a PCM from an F150 or Expedition the same year, then you could substitute and see if your vehicle will run. It would be quick as only the computer would need to be plugged in.

have a code D1845
after checking all fuses, relays,CPS temp sensor came down to main computer had to be replaced. Vehicle runs like a dream after replacing PCM.
Thank you ALL for your Help.
Glad you got it going your way.
