    Hi. Yes, your X6650 wifi printer is compatible with Windows 7. Check if your computer is running on 32-bit or 64-bit Operating System by going to Start > right click on Computer > Properties. Then, go to this link. http://bit.ly/agMj9j . Click on Microsoft tab on the center of the page. Download the correct driver. cj6600Win7en32.exe is for 32-bit operating system and cj6600Win7en64.exe is for 64-bit Operating system. Hope this helps.

      I suggest you uninstall the Lexmark software by clicking on the Windows logo Start menu > Programs > Lexmark 6600 Series folder > Tools > Uninstall. Then, restart pc. If you're connected via the USB cable, unplug the Lexmark printer from your computer. Once pc is on, check if your Vista is running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by clicking on the Windows logo Start menu > right click on Computer > Properties. To reinstall, I recommend you use the updated driver from the Lexmark website. For the driver, just click on this link: http://bit.ly/bABYA9 (for 32-bit) or this link: http://bit.ly/bYPUEK (for 64-bit). Download and install the software. Follow the instructions. Hope the helps.       HERE is the driver link directly from Lexmark for your printer. The download comes with the manual as well. This should be all you need.Click on the link that reads Complete drivers and software for setting up, configuring, and using your device with Windows 32-bit.

      Print from notebook to wireless printer. the problem is I donot have the insrtructions or dvd.

      My lexmark x6650 printer will not connect back online
      A quick fix for most communication errors can be achieved by resetting the printer and/or rebooting the PC. If your printer is connected via USB cable to your computer, simply disconnect the printer from your computer, reboot your pc and unplug/re-plug the printer into the power source to reset it. When everything turns back on, reconnect the printer into the pc. Wait for the computer to fully recognize the USB connection. Try to print again.

      If you have tried installing the printer driver for 32-bit on your computer, you might want to uninstall it first before installing the Lexmark X6650 driver for 64-bit. Go to Start menu -> Programs -> Lexmark X6600 Series -> Tools -> Uninstall. Reboot pc when prompted.

      Got x6650 can not get past connect your printer on the setup Cannot get passed the connect printer when setting it up, I have tried more than 10 times to set this damn thing up....
      Try this:
      - Uninstall everything about Lexmark.
      - Delete every Lexmark entry in the Registry.
      - Reboot your PC.
      - Make sure not to connect the USB cable.
      - You need to install the driver first before connecting the cable.
      - Instal the driver, make sure your using the right driver. Check Lexmark.com for the latest driver.
      - If this does not work, call lexmark.
