Have an old symphonic TV I had it playing video s but accidentally somehow changed off video channel and can't find that channel now can you instruct me how ? Please .

I have a Symphonic also and I was able to program it to watch TV using the dfirections on teh inside of the battery door. Try it! I can't get VCR to work though.
