SOURCE: my samsung galaxy grand prime is freezing and very slow in operation. it have been hard reseted but is still persist. what should i do?

Clear up as much internal memory as you can. Put apps onto SD Card. Clear the miscellaneous files completely and clear all the cached data. That should do it.

3. Download samsung galaxy J7 SM-J710GN Stock Rom.
4. Turn off your phone. and press and hold "volume down + home + power.
5. Then Connect your phone to Computer. and Press volume up
6. Click AP and Locate Stock Rom File and Click OK.
7. Click "Start"
