Ipod will not advance to next song. It just keeps playing the same song over and over.

Check the playback settings. Present setting may be to repeat single song.

Song won't delete they come back with cloud next to the song. I when into setting/usage/manage & it did not work

The cloud next to the song means it was downloaded from iTunes. Depending on which version of iOS you have (I have 8.2) the setting you should turn off should be under Settings-iTunes. There is a setting for Automatic Downloads, turn it off for Music and your songs shouldn't download.

Can you please tell me how to stop my Coby player from playing the same song over and over without my manually advancing to the next song? I must have selected a repeat option.

Are you playing files from a playlist, or are you selecting by Artist/Song?

If in a playlist, it should advance to the next song automatically. If you choose a particular song, it will just play that one song over and over. If you choose an Artist, it will play all the songs of that artist over and over.

I downloaded the new version of ITunes. I have an external hardrive (Seagate Brand )where the songs were stored and now it is saying it can not locate any of the songs. I have tried to find the file...

Seems like the update when you updated it changed the actual location where it looks for your music. To get all of your songs to match the library click on the advanced menu and select consolidate library. The reason for the black tab is you have mp3's in multiple spots (external drives or different folders) that haven't been added to your main library. If you always want to add songs automatically to your library, go to itunes preferences>advanced and check the Copy files to itunes Music folder when adding to library.

Same song is repeated again and again in my Samsung Star mobile Music Player, it's not moving to next song. I din't change anything in settings. Please help me out.. Rakesh Shetty

Hi,

Please play the songs from the music player and do not play them from their folders. If you play the song from the player, it will automatically move to the next song after it has finished playing the current song. Alternatively (this might not be the reason but still) u might be having a single song in a singlr playlist and that might be the reason

hope this helps

Itunes wont let me play the songs i have loaded

your itunes library is not being found by iTunes or you are on another computer.
in the summary screen which can be located in the upper tabs or by clicking on the ipod next to your name, uncheck the automatically sync music and this will give you the ability to load music to your ipod manually. just open the drive and drag and drop songs to your ipod by dropping them in the first column of the large white area in the music folder.
If you have moved your itunes library you can click on edit and then preferences and choose advanced. browse for your music folder and save it.
Warning: do not change your music folder if you are automatically syncing songs unless all of your music is stored there. because it will sync and delete anything not found in that folder.

If this helps you please leave a vote on fixya
