le code on washer indicate washer over load putting a stange on washer motor .performing a reset on washer will normally resolve this error, if the motor still lock up maybe need replace motor

On most Kenmore front load washers the LE error indicates a LOCKED MOTOR ERROR. This can be caused by:

1. Loose motor harness connection.
2. Failed HALL SENSOR.
3. Failed STATOR.
4. Failed ROTOR (cracked magnet).

IE: Water level
UE: Imbalance
OE: Drain problem
FE: Overflow
PE: pressure sensor
dE: door error
LE (with a a slash in the
middle of L. Thermister out
CE: Over amping
LE: hall sensor short
bE: Ball sensor loose connection
EE: eeprom out
PF: power failure

Try holding down the temperature and eco/rapid options together to turn off child lock.
