The short answer is - Get one!
The following are all types of email known as webmail, and once created, you would be ale to see your email and manage your email from any computer that is linked to the Internet.
1. Hotmail - now known as Outlook.com: Sign In click on "sign up here" and follow the instructions to create a Microsoft account.
2. Gmail - Gmail Email from Google On this one click on "create an account" and follow the instructions to set up a gmail account.

Wow, your question is very confusing. I think you had a problem with a email address so you created a new one. Then when you go to other websites that require a logon you are trying to use the new email address? If that is correct then it won't work. You need to tell each website that your have a new email address one at a time.

The only way you can create a new address is to create a new account. the address you have now cannot be changed. hope this help you.

1. For a new account go to www.gmail.com and click Create
2. Then sign in to your old account at accounts.google.com.
3. At the top, click Data tools.
4. In the Data Tools box, click Delete products.
5. Click Remove Gmail permanently.

You will most likely need to create a new Gmail account in order to change your address. Make sure to back up your current Gmail account so you can import your old mail into your new account.

You could also set up forwarding from your old account to the new account. This way any emails sent to the old account will be forwarded to the new account.
