I know nothing, not even how to turn my new Garmin nuvi 57 on, then I was told to register it, please help!

Heres what to do:

- Connect to computer using USB cable
- Flip up antenna and hit reset button.
- The unit should power up.
- Then put unit on wall charge to get a full charge.

That should do it if not call 1-800 800 1020.

Go to tools-settings-language-voice and make sure it is set to "American English-Jack (TTS) or to American English-Jill (TTS)
