delete drivers and reload, make sure you're using PCL 5 drivers.

SOURCE: Richo Aficio g7500 printer error 950. Replaced new

HI there try this.
1. try to reset the printer & clean the printer head by some alcohol and the see what happend. If not solve then follow the step 2.
2. Uninstall the printer driver and restart the PC . Now again install the printer driver and try. I hope this time your problem will solve.

1. Connect the cable correctly.
2. Replace the engine control board.
3. Replace the laser scanning unit.
4. Check or replace the cable.

Aficio SP 4210 tray paper size set to custom and need 8.5 x 11 8.5 x 11 is not in the list of sizes on pannel; all drawers are set to 8.5 x 11 printer errors when sending a job
You should have Letter as a selectable size, which is the equivalent of 8.5 x 11 paper. Go to Menu->Paper Input, then pick your tray and scroll through the sizes until you find Letter.

If the message Replace Print Cartridge remains, it means that it is not the correct toner cartridge, replace it with the correct one. If Reset Print Cartridge message appears after correct replacement, it means that the toner cartridge is not set correctly or not installed. Set the toner cartridge correctly. If the cartridge is installed, close the front cover and turn the power switch to off and to on. If the message appears again, contact your sales or service representative.
