LG 55LN5700 led tv.. has black screen no pic but does have sound. I replaced the led driver/power supply board & tv still has no back lights and no pic. I can see the pic with a flashlight test.

Back light led driver or the led array is faulty. check and confirm the voltage to the led back light from the power supply. normally 35V to 100V according to the brand and model of the tv. Check the voltage if the voltage is somewhere around the above mentioned voltage the then the tv have problem with the led array behind the screen . If the voltage is missing then the led driver is faulty. Normally the led drivers is found integrated to the power supply board.
