what you need to do is just resetting your machine.
1. Press * 28 * on your machine in a quick move.
2. Select copier
3. Select Err.
4. Select Clear then press O.K
5. Turn your machine off for 1 minute and turn it on again.

The error code will not be there anatmoreand your machine will be functioning well.

To clear error,execute in service mode:COPIER<FUNCTION<CLEAR<ERROR.The fixing unit is faulty.Check the wiring from dc controller to heater. Replace the fixing film.Replace main thermistor,or dc controller

Can clear this in service mode.
Copier > Function > Clear
Use right arrow key to go to screen two, select PWD-CLR (password clear), hit OK, then press the reset button twice to return to main LCD screen.

Try this press additional functions,2 and 8 keys at the same time,additional functions,copier, function,clear,err.power off and on. If that does not work you will need a tech to fix your fixing unit.

the last error generated is from the fixing unit you have to clear the error again,but if this error code (Error 003) returned a thorough check on the fixing unit is needed.Or could be the AC supply to the machine is not stable.Go to program mode got o display> analog check the fuser/fixing temp hope this will help
