We have some TEC Toshiba B-472 Barcode Printers, one with defective motherboard/RAM (- after power on some labels are okay, then the printer does not stop printing, RAM CLEAR/RESET did not make any change).
We changed the motherboard using a board from a TEC B-572 printer (- for this printer printheads are no longer available), which has exact the same part number and also the same firmware 3.4, -
but the print image is distorted and the print head is reported as defective (- as the 572 has had a 300dpi print head). How to get the original firmware from the one board to the other board (- board seems to have fixed Flash-ROM) ???
I asked TEC Toshiba - but got no answer.

Download windows driver from www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com
define the pages et label size in the driver, check that you have validated the coreect use (direct or thermal transfer) gap, black mark etc..
Once the driver install , you can use ssdal send file.txt to snd a file to the printer. Check with the help /? option
Swapping the parallel port to the printer should allow it to connect via parallel. Run through front panel diagnostics before/after install. depending on firmware it will tell you if the parallel board is installed.
