Check www.remotecentral.com for the manual and codes. Also try scanning universal remote codes to see if another brand code that will work. Otherwise you will need a newer remote or a updateable one.

try looking in the setup menu by pressing the menu button on the remote and navigate through the menu to find the setup options hopefully you should beable to change the defualt channel setting
