There is no such hard reset to this remote control. As soon as you take out the batteries from its compartment, it will reset by itself. Gopakumar Gopalan Google
update the firmware on the remote
- connect the remote to your computer and launch the software
- click downloads at the top of the screen
- click firmware
- update the remote
I think you can try learning the commands from the original remote. I couldn't find to correct codes for my TV also and Logitech support suggest that. They said to learn the commands in raw..i guess you can find it in customizing buttons in the software and rather then clicking learn ir scroll to the botton of the page and select custome i think. The software will have steps too that you can follow.
Once installed, you will simply
run the program and select
the devices you would like to control from
menus. The software finds the right codes for you and loads them into
your remote control.
