This is the simptoms of the service manual , you should check that your power output is stable and double check if there is not anything like paper stuck some were in the fuzing unit wich could also cause the fuzer to over heat

sc441 error means one or more of the developer unit(PCU) isnt rotating. you have to take the PCU out to see which color isnt rotating. there maybe one of the doctor blade is flipped, usually caused by lack of toner in the PCU.

I am a Ricoh tech and my service manual doesent have a 300 code,

Press the “Up/Down arrow” keys together for about 5 seconds, and then press the
“OK” key.
“SYSTEMver x.xx/ 1. Service” appears on the display.
The machine automatically goes off line when you enter the service mode.
enter SP 5810 and reset the SC 543 **** if again appears please do not reset it again because you may do bigger problem and damage more part than ware damaged in first place .
The SC code says that the termistor is damaged so check on the fusing unit dose the termistor is standing in good position or has dirt on the surface of he termistor.

Try to go into service mode to reset the code...

then press and hold the red stop botton till the display changes and
then turn the main Power switch Off then back ON... You do not have to
do any thing in service mode, just get to that display.... Don't change
anything unless you know what you are doing. sc546 has to do with the
fixing unit. You may be able to reset it.
