You can try a factory reset on it.

Plug in a keyboard and hold the "shift" button and restart it.

It should give you the menu to do a reset.

Dell-n5050 laptop; windows failed to start; code-0xc000000e; boot failed because required device is inaccessible. I have Dell OS media stick. and is there a free fix for this problem?

That code is a Windows boot error. I'm not sure what you can do with the Dell OS media stick but the traditional solution with a regular hard disk is to take a Windows 7 OS disk, boot with it, and run startup repair. Here's a link to Startup Repair: Startup Repair Microsoft Windows

I keep getting error 0xc000000F on Acer Aspire One D257 laptop. Ive researched and keep hearing the best option is to download the repair tool. But when i boot up my computer it goes to windows boot...

Usually if the message "a required device is inaccessible" then there is a problem with the hard disk, maybe if the HDD can be test with manufacturers test software, otherwise you have a faulty HDD and it needs to be replaced.

How do you run CHKDSK /F with the blue screen stop error on my desktop?

You MUST have a boot device like CD, DVD, or USB. Use the install disc to access command prompt, by choosing the repair option. You could also download and burn a boot CD like Hirens.

The other option is to remove the drive and attach it as a slave or USB to another computer.

During restore windows i found error "Windows could not complete the installation. To install windows this computer, restart the installation.

Reboot windows without any CD in drive and tap F8 key before windows screen appears. Select safe mode from the menu that appears and elect to do a system restore.
If this doesn't work you could try changing the boot order in the bios ensuring that your hard drive is first boot device. should get into bios when starting PC usually F2 or del key. remember to save changes in bios normally F10

If you can install Windows Vista and only XP not work for sure this is the solution :
SATA operation mode is AHCI
To change this :
Open BIOS
Look for SATA Operation Mode or somethin equivalent and change-it to IDE or Compatibility Mode.

IBM T20,inaccessible boot device

The Innaccessable Boot Device message means one of 2 things:

1: your hard drive has died - not much here, must replace drive.

2: The master boot record has become corrupt. Without any media, this will be hard to fix. You will need to boot to the Windows CD and either run the recovery console or perform a windows repair to fix this issue.

Windows failed to start.

You're getting that error message because the boot files on your hard drive (the required inaccessible device) are corrupted.

When first booting, press F8 repeatedly. Will the computer let you go into safe mode? If not, without the installation cd, you're kinda between a rock and a hard place. However, you can download a (free) vista recovery disk (repair only) from the people at easyBCD:
http://neosmart.net/wiki/display/EBCD/Recovering+the+Vista+Bootloader+from+the+DVD

Just follow the directions to do a start up repair.
If that works, by all means, make yourself a recovery cd before doing anything else.

I deleted a dll file for my omnipass

Try booting up into safemode.

Reboot your pc.
Keep pressing F8 before you see the windows logo.
If you did it right, you should come to a screen where you can select Safemode.

If that doesn't work call Fujitsu support and ask for a recovery disk.
