My JBL CHARGE 2 port charge won't work, can I use the USB port charge my JBL CHARGE 2, is their any other way to charge my JBL CHARGE 2

The best way to tell its charging is to leave it over night and if the battery is fully charged it means it works, if it does not charge it could be the charging cable or the usb port you used.

I am having the same problem, did you find a fix for this? ... not support audio output, then you need to add a Bluetooth adapter which includes a CD driver.

it should have come with a usb cable and charging block very similar to the kind that come with cell phones. i use my note4 charger works great when im not at home cause they have the same charging port.

Unless there is a second power input port (which this product does not appear to have) and the USB port is damaged, I regret to advise you that there is no safe alternative way to charge it.

Make sure that the USB cable is properly plugged in and use the original cable.

Computer in Hibernation mode
Make sure that the computer isn’t entering hibernate or sleep mode while the device is connected. The computer must be on in order to charge your player.

USB Port 2.0
Make sure your player is connected USB 2.0 port (1.1 occasionally causes charging problems).

USB Port location
Try plugging in different USB port (i.e. USB port in the back of the computer); sometimes the front USB ports have problem charging up the device.

Battery
Make sure the battery is fully charged. It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery.

Latest firmware
Make sure to update firmware by downloading and installing the Sansa Firmware Updater.
