Where do I send my Polar F4 for repairs - Polar Watches

The Polar F4 needs to be sent into an authorized service center for repair or battery replacement.

This is a common issue. The Polars and other Heart Rate monitors are not designed to be fixed by the consumers except for very specific models. These only look like watches, they are in fact mini computers and very susceptible to internal damage if not handled properly.

You need to send the unit it to a Polar Authorized Service Center to have fixed properly. There is not reset within the computer, if you had done everything correctly then it would work.

Just Googled polar f4 manual (not manuel, he was in Fawlty Towers!) and this came up straight away. It leads to the Polar Website

Check that the case back is on the right way. A spring sticking out of the watch mech needs to line up with a hole in the white sticker on the inside of the case back, I think this is the receiver aerial.
