Hello, Have to have model and make of phone to help you. Most of time the buttom on the upper right side is the volume control, click on that to increase.
During a call, the right arrow will increase the volume, left arrow will decrease it. You can test it with no call and it will adjust the ring volume. There is a scale of 1-7 with 1 being lowest. Could be the quality of the connection if the volume's already at 7!
